A fun read. It got a little stuck in its own way for a bit, but righted the ship near the end.

Enjoyed parts of it. Some were more fascinating than others, but it seemed that Cranston glazed over what could have been more compelling stories. Also, the last chapter seemed a bit out of place like there should have been more.

My last 2016 read that I finished in 2017. It was okay. Felt a bit dated in parts which made the plot hard to get through at times. But I love Winslow's prose.

Finally finished this up today while home sick. Even though I knew how it'd end, the last chapter still gave me chills. #WintersComing

I haven't read this since high school. Better than I remember. Maybe I'll finish the series now. But first, onto The Stand
