I didn't think this could top The Nightingale, but it sure did give it a run for the money. It's one of those books to curl up with and devour, slowly.

Excellent book, and I normally do not like historical fiction.
Just ordered this from Amazon. Haven't read it since I was maybe 9.
This is a Kristin Hannah book I'm reading, inspired by The Nightingale and The Great Alone.
A beautiful, provocative meditation on the American Southwest. Nature writing at its finest. I love this book, very much.
This is my favorite book I've read, thus far.
