Pickpick

“Winter According to Humphrey” was a gift for my brother and I just so happened to pick it up. In it, a classroom hamster experiences a Christmas Wonderland with his classmates performing in it. The problem is, they are way too disorganized, from imperfect piano practice to tiring but hardworking crafting. If you like cute stories and/or books about pets, this is a good pick. kevin.he [Continued] This book is written in first person in the viewpoint of the hamster. What I find interesting about this book is how different subplots build the main plot of the story. 3y
MissYaremcio Nicely done Kevin! I bet it didn't take long for you to finish and I liked the little preamble about it's origin story! 6/6 3y

Pickpick

This book is a collection of little stories that other people had, ranging from camping in the middle of the Amazon rainforest to risking their life for a dead bird. I would recommend this to people who love the outdoors and/or camping. A recurring motif among the stories is taking risks. At least one person in each story takes a risk, no matter how dumb the risk is. These risks often lead to adventures various authors had.

MissYaremcio Nicely done Kevin! Which story has been your favourite so far?! 6/6 3y
