"Why is straight the default?"

It seems that Simon and the gang has managed to capture hearts of its readers inside and out. With its twisty, hearty, romantic plot, it never fails to make someone be happy. So lighthearted in a good way.

Truly, with the cases surrounding mostly LGBTQ kids, one can tell the struggles of having to come out wholly. Why should they be the only ones who need to come out, why is straight the default?

Truly, one of the best books that truly moved me. It managed to knocked me into my senses and it still keeps me on verge. This book managed to show (me) that being 'different' in a society is never a problem to begin with.

#myfirstbook2018 read is #TheHateUGive by Angie Thomas. First time reading a nonfiction and it felt right going down my gut.
