Honestly, I try not to make notes in my books, but this book needed them. Underlines, questions, and thoughts litter its pages now. If you are looking for a book that experiments with narration and linear form, read this. If you are looking for a book about Czechs during Prague Spring, read this. If you are looking for a book that questions your faith, read this. Kundera packs so much into this novel, but it is an easy read.
