All Good People Here | Ashley Flowers

December 7, 2022 Started reading this book last week and it is a THRILLER!!! No shocker there. Who knew I would pick another thriller?! I'll update you all when I have read more. Don't worry haha

November 25, 2022 I started this book on November 21, 2022 but wanted to read more than one chapter to see how I like it. Essentially it is a collection of short stories (OR complilation of short stories) that were written at different times about love. WHAT is your defintion of love?? Comment please

November 21, 2022 LILY and ATLAS. ATLAS and LILY. What can i say except for the fact that they both love each other and love will never cease between them. Seeing how they are so in love makes me happy for them. Fun fact: If they were real people, I would totally want to meet them and say how special their relationship is. Colleen Hoover, well done 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏻

November 21, 2022 5 MORE CHAPTERS TO GO!!!! Reading about how Josh (the brother that Atlas did not existed) reacted to Atlas mentioning that he was able to out where Tim (their dad) lives was a shock. But once Atlas drove Josh to go visit him in Vermont, Josh was too hesitant and kept debating whether he really wanted to see his dad. He felt it was a good bonding moment... but nope. He calls his dad an "asshole" and they both leave to go home

November 19, 2022 Almost to the end of the book! Ryle is so annoying... that is all I can say. He keeps getting in the way of Lily and Atlas' relationship. They are officially together because Ryle is a hazard to her and Emerson. I agree 100% that Lily made the right choice to keep Emerson away from Ryle based on his negative attitude.

November 12, 2022 Almost done with Chapter 12 and Ryle is causing trouble. Whenever Lily goes to visit Alyssa and Marshall, she sees Ryle because Ryle is Alyssa's brother and Lily and Ryle use to be together. It seems like Lily has a hard time being around Ryle because of their past relationship together; thus making it hard to talk about Atlas and bring him up in conversation. sigh

November 12, 2022 Began reading this book last week and I love it. The relationship that is potentially building between Atlas and Lily is real. I love the way that Colleen Hoover writes. She writes to an audience and captures their attention right away. Any Coho fans on here?

November 4, 2022 BETTER LATE THAN NEVERRR! Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh I am still in awe JK I kind of knew what was going to happen to Kylie. I mean someone who has two lives (two lives = two husbands) and a best friend who likes one of the husbands is already a problem AND trouble. If you want to know what happens, I can share. If not, have fun reading this book...

October 17, 2022 Spooky spooky. I am only on chapter 17 of the book and so much has been revealed. The part that I finished reading is when DC Clements and Constable Tanner along with other police officers go to visit Mark Fletcher, aka Mr. Fletcher, after having visited Daan Jansen. The police officers think there is a connection between them and that "Kylie" (Kai + Leigh) is a bigamist. Leigh is a bigamist... gotta read more ?

October 16, 2022 Happy Sunday Listers! I have been busy (like people should be) and have not had time to read. Today I will be able to read more and give more updated thoughts of how i think the book is going. Stay tuned!!! If you have not scrolled through my other books yet, feel free 👍🏻

October 9, 2022 Today is Sunday. Yes it is. And I am currently reading Woman Last Seen by Adele Parks which is a mystery thriller. So far, I am liking the book because it reveals the lives of two separate women: a woman named Leigh and a woman named Kai. But what they don't know is that their lives could cross paths eventually...

October 5, 2022 First, I wanted to shout out my mom: Happy Birthday Mom! Second, I wanted to announce that I finished the book. Yup. I finished the book. Sigh I had a hunch that Will was part of the whole planning process to make it look like Sadie had killed Morgan but I wasn't quite sure until the end. I'm glad that the ending was happy. I WAS SHOCKED but at the same time guessed that Sadie would live. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

October 4, 2022 I am scared as hell!!! Excuse my language. I am scared as heck. The more I read, the more scared I get. I know that this is a thriller book and that the author's motive is to make the reader read the whole book BUT I am peeing in my pants just thinking about what will happen next. The ppl that could be person(s) of interest are: Otto, Imogen, Will, or this woman named 'Sadie'.

October 4, 2022 It is only the beginning of October and I started reading this book yesterday. YESTERDAY. omg Mary Kubica, imo, has made this book sound so creepy in a good way, that I cannot stop reading it... There are so many characters (Will, Sadie, Tate, Otto, Imogen, Camille, Mouse???, and some others) to keep track of. One who reads it needs to follow the events carefully because events move fast. I feel like I reached the climax

October 2, 2022 A MUST READ. I like how Lucy Score goes into depth about each character (Naomi, Tina, Waylay, Knox Morgan, Nash Morgan, Lucian, Tina, Lina, etc) and how the story flows from each chapter. Reading her books are very pleasant because she takes the reader to many different places and has them imagining things as they read each word 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

October 1, 2022 When the highlighter comes out to play, you know the book is hitting the climax. I rarely use a highlighter. BUT when i do, it allows me to remember certain parts of a book... Currently on page 402 out of 483. What will happen at the end? Last post of the book will reveal the rating.

September 28, 2022 On page 307 out of 483... Lucy Score has made it pretty clear that she writes with humor. Right now I am on the part where Naomi and Knox have no clue what they're doing (even though they have had sex TWICE), a one night stand and then something else that was considered sex???! Naomi is confused and Knox is not making things any clearer. Despite the confusion, Naomi still has feelings for him when he is around

blurb

September 25, 2022 About 1/3 done with the book. It has been pretty funny. Knox is jealous of his brother Nash because he doesnt like how Nash can easily talk to Naomi (Not Tina) while he is the one being left out and always annoying and mean towards Naomi. On page 147, Knox does not seem mean at all and is acting "goody" by buying her things at the mall like new underwear and a new phone...

September 18, 2022 Im on Chapter 8 of the book and I am enjoying it. There are a lot characters that are being introduced: Tina, Naomi (aka Aunt Naomi), Knox and Nash (brothers), Waylay (Naomi's niece), and Waylon (Knox's dog). I am looking forward to reading more and finding out if there is a relationship that builds between Naomi and Knox

August 15, 2022 Im done with the book. BUT i gotta say that I kind of knew what the ending was going to be like just by reading the title of the book. Some books tend to tell you what the ending will be like and some don't. I felt as though the author gave the ending away. So for that reason, 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

August 12, 2022 Already on page 184? Yes I am!!! This book is quite short but filled with a lot of romantic banter between Matt and Cadence. Initially, Cadence just sees Matt as a friend and colleague. He sees her as a best friend and possibly girlfriend. There is already some misunderstanding by Matt but Cadence seems to go along with it and hints at liking Matt... Almost done and will give a review

Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo | Taylor Jenkins Reid

Pickpick

August 9, 2022 Evelyn Hugo was a very messy woman, who had seven husbands, but she did not care about how many husbands she had. The one woman she loved through all the telationships she had was none other than Celia St. James. In the beginning when I was reading, I assumed that she was straight. Then, as I read deeper and further into the book, I could tell that she was bisexual. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

August 8, 2022 Tbh, I have been enjoying the way Taylor Jenkins Reid writes. I feel like this book is a book that one when read whenever (basically timeless). I am on page 299 out of 385, which is approximately 85 pages left. Even though the book describes the seven husbands that Evelyn married, she still says that she has love for Celia St. James.

July 9, 2022 REVIEW TO COME. Meanwhile, please comment below some 2022 autobiographies that I should read later as part of my TBR for August. Yup. We are nearing the halfway mark of July AND August is next month...

blurb

July 9, 2022 As of today I am on page 100. There are exactly 293 pages in this book. Memoirs tend to be shorter than other kinds of autobiographies told from the first person point of view. I am enjoying this book because I have been to Hong Kong twice but I dont know much of the history. By reading it, I can get a look into how Hong Kong was versus how the city is now

June 25, 2022 I am just going to say a few words: Shelly Knotek deserved to be in jail for more than two decades. With all the finger pointing and blaming that she did, she DEFINITELY deserves to be alone from her daughters Nikki, Sami, and Tori. What they had to go through should not have happened.

June 23, 2022 I am on page 205 Chapter 41 and 'things' have happened. 'Things' have gotten intense! OMG I mean i just want to express how I feel about the book so far. It is true that Shelly, the mother to Nikki, Sami, and Tori is very psycho. Crazy. Brutal. A murderer. Too many words to describe her. You'll have to read it yourself to find out (no spoilers)

blurb
lilpumpkin2.0

June 19, 2022 I am a good ways into the book. There are so many characters to keep track of BUT the one that stands out the most obviously is Shelly Knotek. She is such a violent person. She does not treat her girls, Nikki and Sami, and her husband, Dave Knotek, with any respect. She believes thag she is the queen of the household and it is okay to degrade a human being. The way she beats and yells at her daughters is unimaginable 😒😞😔😣😖
