July 14, 2024 Welp!! omg I am nearing the end. It has intensified to the MAX. Breaker and Lia end up having real sex with each other ag his place and are becoming more than friends. Before, Breaker was teasing Lia with different tools and doing things that made her feel...weird (due to the fact that she and Brian had never really had sex after they got engaged). Now, Breaker is "pulling all the moves" on her and she is enjoying it

July 12, 2024 Picked up the book again after reading that graphic novel Family Style by Thien Pham. I am on page 207 and I have been enjoying it so far. Mostly the convo is between Lia and Breaker and Brian. Brian is whooa is enaged to and Breaker is friends with Lia. However, since Lia has been sharing with Breaker that her relationship isnt going as well as she hoped, and the wedding planning is haywire, Breaker comforts her and falls in love

July 6, 2024 New TBR

After reading A Not So Meet Cute with #littensloveromance , I blew through two more in the series. There is one more that I‘ll read soon :) This was more steamy fun with this funny cast of characters, though the first half stressed me out a bit. I was happy with that ending though-a light palate cleanser that kept me reading. #BookspinBingo @TheAromaofBooks

I've put a break on the series because I was worried if I could enjoy reading a story where the love interest is engaged. My worries proved to be obsolete as no cheating was involved and the factor breaking the engagement was also important for Lia's character growth.

The author proved again that she creates incredible rom-coms. Some scenes were hilarious.
The slow burn romance was chef's kiss.

Now THIS is how you do a "friends to lovers" story. I just... I mean... I can't come up with the right words. First it feels like that Patrick Dempsey movie Made of Honor (besties since college, she gets engaged to someone else, he finally realizes he wants more), but BETTER. The burn starts slow, but when it reaches the spice?! (? *fans myself*). This is hands down the best of the series, Breaker is the best Cade brother (it's not even close) ?

Well, beloved Littens I've found a new favorite author. One, I'm reading this series seriously out of order (book 3 first for the win) and it's a solid standalone. Lia and Breaker are without a doubt one of my favorite couples. There are laughs and tears and the spicy slow burn romance here is everything! #LittensLoveRomance #bookspin @TheAromaofBooks
