I had been anticipating this book since its announcement, and Mr. Pullman did not disappoint. I can remember picking out His Dark Materials and reading all three books within in a week while I was in the second grade. I‘ve never experienced a world as engrossing as the one that exists in these books, and Dust pulled me right back in. Gorgeously written story. Did anyone else struggle to pick out their daemon?
