Pickpick

I loved this book, even though it broke my heart in a thousand ways. Maas showed that a woman can be strong and fragile at once through Aelin‘s struggle to trust, to love, and to fight. Not only that, but this was a beautiful piece of storytelling that is unrivaled in this genre. There‘s romance within this novel for everyone and there's no lack of action, so if you‘re a fan of this series, you‘re not going to want to miss out on this one (5/5).

Gilded Cage | Vic James

Pickpick

Gilded Cage by Vic James was a highly enjoyable and engaging read. The characters were diverse, complex and interesting, drawing the reader into the story with their unique, converging stories as they careened towards inevitable disaster. Furthermore, the underlying plots and games being played by nearly everyone made for a confusing web of lies and deceit that will be difficult to untangle (4/5).

Pickpick

From debut author Sarah Tolcser comes an immersive fantasy set along the waterways of a magical world with a headstrong heroine determined to make her mark. Song of the Current by Sarah Tolscer had been on my watch list for awhile, so as soon as it released, I was off to the book store to pick it up! And it did not disappoint – Song of the Current instantly swept me away to a world of fantasy, pirates and danger that is not to be missed!
