The descriptions of wildlife, nature and the landscapes were just stunning. • Kya was a well developed and fleshed out character, I really connected with her and felt for her • The murder mystery aspect had me gripped too. I found it refreshing that it wasn't predictable, in my opinion. • Overall I'm really pleased that I gave this another go in paperback from; the audiobook definitely was not for me!
