Where I am in the book is the main character trying to act like nothing happened a few days ago, she's trying to go back to her daily activities and act like everything is fine but in reality she's still in pain. In my perspective that's the way she griefs, trying to act like you're okay but you're not. This is honestly something I can relate to, I like keeping my thoughts to myself.

At night when I‘m lying awake because my brain won‘t shut off due to all there is to think about.
Is today the day?
And if not today—when?Book All bright places. Im sure every teenager or young adult has had that night where your awake because your brain just won't shut off, it just won't stop thinking, weather if you're thinking of your after life, something that happened that day it's like a never ending thinking going and cause stress.

I changed the novel I was reading, to the book The Hate You Give by the author Angie Thomas. This book basically discusses the matter of unfairness towards black people and acknowledges the challenges black people face every single day. The way the author started was probably because for the readers to get a good look on the society the main character “Starr“ lives in, it gives us a somewhat summary on how her friends/herself are.

Some words the author used in this book for me to understand more matter was vocabulary us teens use everyday. Which made me put an imagination in my head better and understanding what the character is saying. Plus, the words she was using fits so good with the characters because this book is about this teenage girl and the author is using words any typical teenage girl would be using but at the same thing she's using “high class words.“

Non-Fiction: the author choose to do it that way?
The text I read today was strutted very well and was very interesting. I got to know the other character in the book a little more better and their personal life. The way the author chose to do the text I was reading today was really good, she did something like they were texting back and forehead if that makes sense. It generally made the book more interesting and showed their personalities.

character who connects to some I know is Madeline's mom. Madeline's mom is a very overprotective mom but also wants her child to have fun and freedom in her life but it's hard to both do that when your child has a diseases that could easily kill her if she steps one foot outside. This connects to my mom because my mom because my mom is a bit overprotective but also not, and I get how she wants to limit my freedom in order to be safe.

The book I'm reading talks about an 18 year old who suffers from this diseases called severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID), it's a condition that keeps her inside her house for her entire life. In the book she explains how she wasn't gotten out of her house for 17 years and spends her whole entire time reading books. But it all changes when a boy moves next door, her life becomes more fun she described.
