This is one of the couple in this series that was out of print and is now available. I love reading Mary Balogh. I love the melancholy and the slow build and she is one of the few that I can say that about. I read this one fast over the weekend and it did not disappoint.

At 69% and loving it. Already sad that I'm over halfway through. So far this is a melancholy, frustrating, achingly beautiful book about two very difficult people. Although i will say that the H deserves every bit of difficulty he gets at this point. I hope he gives me cause to root for him soon.

I really liked this one. I read it fast and am sad it's over.

Just started. Book 5?! Oh well, it's what I got. And I do like bastard daughters. They seem spunky.

This is growing on me. I like the gist of it but am still struggling with the writing. I did decide I do not like the word nethersken.

Lately I've been reading what's cheap on Amazon. Like free or 1.99. So I haven't exactly been reading my first choices. And what I'm seeing again with this one is so much redundancy that I'm skipping paragraphs (which I don't usually do). And missing quotations througout conversations. This kindle version seems full of them...
