Circe, daughter of Helios, witch of Aiaia, goddess w/ the voice of mortals. I‘m honestly not sure which storyline is the most captivating, sibling rivalry? Jealousy? Love triangle?? Circe is a powerful goddess that Miller writes into a relatable lady of wisdom.

8/10 - solidly entertaining I did not want to put this book down, it‘s definitely worth the read. Side note, where does one sign up to gain the power of turning men into pigs? 🤔🐷

📖 Beach Read - Emily Henry

I‘m just not sure if there‘s anything worth romanticizing more than reading a good book while the sun shines through a window. And that‘s exactly what this book made me feel. A story that made me feel joy, pain, heartbreak, and everything in between. It‘s not a typical romance novel but it definitely fulfills the feeling of one.

Truly a delight. 3.8/5 would recommend 🖤🤍 hope everyone is having a great Friday!

📖 The Invisible Life of Addie Larue - V.E. Schwab

A tragically romantic beautiful story of Addie Larue born in France in the 1600s. We get to experience her 300 year life & how she finds her own moments of hope in her “forgotten” existence. A book of lovable imperfect characters that make you ☺️ & 😭. A very nice reminder of the beauty & hidden story that exists in all art forms.

4/5 would recommend & would love to see as a film?! Anyone else?

📔 A Promised Land - Barack Obama

5/5, 10/10, *chefs kiss* Not sure what else there is to say, this was truly an excellent read. @barackobama gives a glimpse into the life of being the US president and everything that goes into even just one decision. At times dense (with all the names 😫), it only emphasizes the thoughtfulness that beloved 44 had for his administration and his country.

Recommend highly & excited for volume 2 😎
