I wanted to like this, I really did. But it was so boring, and a body didn't turn up until around 100 pages in. The protagonist isn't the most likeable, and neither is the ghost.

If you like cozy mysteries, I'd choose another.

Power keeps going on and off, and I can hear the car horns blaring because the street lights are out. I'm about halfway through this book, and it looks like camping lamps will be needed so I can make more progress.

On the other hand, this book is progressing at a decidedly slow pace, so maybe I shouldn't bother?

Beautiful day up at the lake! Gonna swing by the coffee shop and read and chill before some storms are predicted to roll in.
