The Firebirds Tale | 
pickI really enjoyed reading this tale of a Tsarevich & Firebird-in-human-male-form (for most of this story) forced into marriage by the Tsar's decree that anyone who could make the Tsarevich smile would marry him. The story is even more than that - it's war, magic, political intrigue & fairy tales upon fairy tales. There is romance in this book as well & one of my fave kinds - regular person & person who has lived a long time. #24in48 #queerreads
