Wow. This is a heartbreaking story that throws some surprises at you. It is a tough story to read, but one that should be read. Especially if you are dealing with domestic abuse. One POV is from Olivia, David‘s wife. The other is from Ivy, David‘s mom. You see why David is the way he was & of Olivia picking up her life after a tragedy.
Bring tissues. 💔

This was such an emotional read, with an ending that really took my breath away. One of my top reads from 2016.
pickFive stars! I found the plot twist to be a teensy predictable but this book was wonderfully done. Heartbreaking and packed with emotion.
