Pickpick

4/5 in Goodreads terms. An interesting story, but had some pacing issues, and at times their relationship feels dry and not compelling. Also, as one would expect with espionage, there are a lot of side characters, and that can be confusing, especially when they bookend the story. The bad guys, however, are truly bad and scary. There were moments I couldn't put it down.I'll never reread this, but I enjoyed my time in their story. #review #historical
