pickJust finished my first book of #24in48. I adored this book; it's so helpful and welcoming and makes me really excited to talk to a rabbi and start my own journey, even if the conversations with my parents are gonna be hella awkward. I especially liked the short history of conversion at the end and would love to read something meatier on that topic.
