1. My hubby as we're leaving the brewery a few weeks ago. He's posing as a tough guy on the rainbow walkway in front of those bikes.
2. Leftover chicken stir-fry.
3. The Help
4. Besides groceries I bought two long sleeve athletic tops a couple of weeks ago. I haven't worn them. I think I'll return them.
5. A binder.

Really appealing, colorful art, and a great theme - tough guys are allowed to feel sad or lonely or hurt. They are allowed to cry. I love the challenge to the traditional, damaging idea of masculinity not being compatible with those feelings. And it is an attractive book that feels good to hold, with heavy, textured paper.

I wish it had explored a few more feelings, and I wish the text had a little more complexity.
