There are things in here that‘ll be tricky to source and others I‘ll probably never make, but I liked the both the scope and the range of recipes presented. The historical notes were interesting, and the artwork lovely. From cucumber, jicama & mango sticks, to healing green chileatole, to tlacoyos con quelites and quinoa con leche there‘s a huge variety of recipes and skill levels to choose from here.
