Ugh. The main character was awful/unlikeable. Using the words retard/retarded to actually talk about mentally handicapped patients? 🤢🤮 Slow-moving plot. (“Things are gonna start moving, but first...”) I just didn‘t care about whodunnit, why or what happened to Nathaniel McCormick. This wasn‘t for me, unfortunately. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Pickpick

Solid medical thriller about a mysterious hemorrhagic virus striking mentally ill residents of Baltimore. It actually kept me on my toes for most of the novel.
