vivastory I haven't watched it yet. I'm very hesitant. I like the cast fine, but from what I understand the book is very ambiguous and movies often have a hard time with that. It's one of the reasons I have been avoiding the adaptation of Passing. 3y
LeahBergen @vivastory Yeah, from the few images I‘ve seen of the movie it doesn‘t seem to jibe with the feeling of the novel. At least for me. 🤷🏻♀️ And you are so right about how ambiguity is portrayed in film! 3y
MemoirsForMe I was thinking about reading the bio of her diaries and notebooks, but it kinda scares me. Especially since it‘s 8,000 pages. 😳 3y
