One of the most inspirational books I have ever read. A must read for those looking for a more peaceful and positive life.

its literal translation from original Buddhist scripts. I feel like a lot has been lost in translation. Much of the chapters are focused on different subjects which contradict with earlier texts. Chapters like anger, happiness, humility are core earner and teach valuable lesson nevertheless. Probably Not a book for those who are new to Buddhism, an explained and well narrated translation would have been better.
