So far this is the only Charlotte Gray book I've read. Fortunately, my mum has a stockpile of her books for me to peruse someday. Charlotte Gray is a local author for me, as I learned when her most recent book (The Promise of Canada) came out.

Melissa_J I still haven't read any of her books even though I own a couple😕 8y
rabbitprincess @Melissa_J We probably all have an author like that where we stockpile their work for just the right moment. I'd like to read a Charlotte Gray this year for Canada 150. Maybe 8y

rabbitprincess @LeahBergen That would be a good one to pair with their journals! I think my mum read it. 8y
Melissa_J @rabbitprincess that's a good idea! The Massey Murder has been on my shelf longer, but I'm more in the mood for a book about the gold rush so I may go with 8y
Gold Diggers: Striking it Rich in the Klondike
rabbitprincess @Melissa_J Nice! Will be interested to hear what you think of it 😄 8y
