so-so

This cozy was pretty meh. I think, though, that the heroine and the town featured in the novel show promise, so I'll read the next one in the series. Hopefully it will be more up my alley.

Meh

so-so

MC inherits an inn from her uncle, travels to the small coastal town to fix it up and re-open it, only to find local Mayor is against her plans. Then a dead body turns up.
At least in this cosy mystery the police are allowed to be competent. But it wasn't very difficult to work out what was going on, and the neighbour was ridiculous.
