My friend asked me for book recommendations to gift to her relatives who are graduating in a few weeks. One from high school and one from college. I forwarded her an article with suggestions. She was intrigued by this one from the list. So,she downloaded it from Hoopla, and was so impressed that she wanted me to read it too.

Since my Library system did not have it on audio, she loaned me her IPad. I‘m glad she did! Inspiring. Quick read.

The five essential questions that we should ask in life; Wait, what?, I wonder…?, Couldn‘t we at least…?, How can I help?, and What truly matters? Is decent advise but I found the author and dull as the content. But then I‘m not big on self-help books. The audio version seemed interesting enough.

This book was an expansion of his commencement address, which didn't add any more clarity or wisdom to the original speech. It felt like someone told him " just bulk it up so it seems like a book, and we can make some money out of this.

For anyone going through a transition, good or bad. Ryan's expanded graduation speech really helped me center on how to shut down the noise and look at what is important in life by focusing on a few "essential questions ". I truly believe this book could be inspiring for almost anyone at any age. I only wish he had written sooner, for selfish reasons. @HarperCollins

The author did a great job reading his own audiobook. That never happens.

TheLondonBookworm The title works perfectly for the UK elections right now aha 8y

Needed a short audiobook to listen to with the parents as we did a round-trip drive to Bellingham, Washington, today, so we plugged in this inspirational number. So far so good--lots of food for thought, so to speak, based around the important questions we should be asking of the world and ourselves. A good choice for any soon-to-be graduates!

Thanks to Libro.fm. For the listen! #audiobook #WaitWhat @HarperCollins #inspirational #questions
