I probably would've slept in later than 7 if I hadn't had iced tea while reading/cleaning at 4 AM. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ #myownworstenemy image from google
PS I like this book. And the author is fun on twitter.

I was thinking all my reviews were about super intense and oft morose books, so I tried to think of a funny book I recently enjoyed, and here it is! Granted, it's about a family coming to terms with cancer, but I swear it's hilarious!
4🌟 No one really does 1970s & 80s coming-of-age stories like Blau! She captures that time in California so well. Her characters as adults are true to her descriptions of their childhoods. The chapters in the 70s & 80s are stronger that the contemporary ones, but overall a great book!
