Last night around 2145 I decided to go to the emergency room because of an allergic reaction I was having. I have known food allergies and was worried that it could get more serious. Fortunately it didn‘t but I did end up not getting home till 0100 so I‘m not going in to work till noon.

So not book related but it‘s allergy season in my house and we will try/do anything for relief especially at night and boy howdy does this work!! I had this on and my humidifier and my nose had not felt better in WEEKS!! So I thought I would share for anyone else that needs relief! I also used it in the Kids‘ room (10) and he loved the smell and did not sneeze once last night!! Yay!

Suelizbeth That is good to know. I take allergy medication in the daytime and use an allergy nasal spray and nasal strips at night, but sometimes I could use a little more help. We do have central air, and that helps, but even so, there are times when I still have issues. 6y

MicheleinPhilly I often put Vapo Rub under my nose before I go to sleep. I never suffered from allergies until about 4 years ago. Now I sneeze my head off from March through September. 😩 6y

1. I have an appointment to switch my tires today, then I am free until Monday. Hopefully, it stays that way.
2. They are kicking my butt this week. I can‘t wait to be able to see again. My whole head is a mess.
