Bailedbailed

1/5⭐ Much more informative books on meditation/psychology exist. This one relies heavily on the law of attraction, which blames people for causing their own suffering. It asserts that the reader doesn't need to believe in anything metaphysical but says that the “universe“ will make their visualizations come true (only the positive ones, of course; harmful visualizations are a misunderstanding of karma or something). This book hasn't aged well.

lynneamch Sounds like an updated version of this text we used back in the 80s. Probably still helpful. 3y

So cool to see Shakti Gawain's CREATIVE VISUALIZATION in actor Chrissy Metz's bag!
