So much for my total Harry Potter reread... this is my read in June stack... mostly graphic novels!
For a book that caught my eye during shelving time and demanded to be read, NOW! I was not disappointed - Hanna really comes into her own during the book - she is constantly mislead but develops from petulant teen to a force to be reckoned with - and now that she has the facts, the second book (supposed to be a duology) should be mint!
He touched my arm again and leaned in close. Magic crackled. "It's going to be dangerous, what we're doing," he said. "And then there's the fate of the world-"
"Oh, shut up!" I yanked my arm away from him. "The fate of the whole world? Did Kolur tell you that? You've got a lot to learn about the world, if you think him winning back some queen puts the world in danger."
I started this at lunch time today and was eagerly awaiting home time to continue but I somehow managed to fall asleep almost immediately on arrival home...
It is winter so I guess it is hibernation season (or maybe I'm getting a cold? That would explain the constant need to be asleep)
