I ❤️all of these veggie cookbooks but Plenty & Tender have a special place in my ❤️& Farmer John's gets good use because they use all veggie parts, & Mollie Katzen is Molly Katzen...oh, what the heck, I ❤️them all! #cookbooks🍴
