The Justice League‘s membership has always changed in cycles. It features DC‘s Big 7 (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, Aquaman, & Martian Manhunter or Cyborg) for awhile then shifts to be a bunch of also-rans & weirdos* then back to the Big 7.

Lately DC has just had 2 books. Justice League for the Big 7 and Justice League of America for the weirdos. This volume has Batman putting his new team of weirdos together.
