More enjoyable than the first. More character development and world-building. Lots of action, too. Audiobook has the same narrator as the first one, which I appreciated. May need to check of more of Maggie Stiefvater‘s work if this is just a sample of what she can do.
This was the first time being away being away from my cat for overnight (got to visit some family I haven‘t seen since 2019), but she coped well. Happy to be back home, though!
