2 posts | 1 to read
This well-researched book is a biography of the lifeand disappearanceof Amelia Earhart, the pioneering aviator who was the first woman to fly solo over the Atlantic in 1928. But did Amelias plane really crash and sink in 1937, or was her fate entirely different?

#TuneIntoNovember #learntofly @Cinfhen @Robothugs IF life is a river, & your heart is a boat AND just like a water baby, baby born to float AND if life is the wild wind that blows way on high THEN your heart is Amelia dying to fly HEAVEN knows no frontiers And I‘ve seen heaven in your eyes. 🎼Irish singer/songwriter Jimmy McCarthy. The melody is divine. ( check it out if you have time ) No Frontiers for Amelia Earhart ❤️❤️

Cinfhen Will go have a listen 👂🏼 nicely done ✅ 7y

Whoa, have you guys heard of this new documentary about to air on the History channel? It's called Amelia Earhart: The Lost Evidence. Theory is that Amelia Earhart and her navigator crashed near the Marshall Islands and were captured by the Japanese where they ultimately died in custody on the island of Saipan - and this newly discovered picture is part of the proof! Say whaaaaa? I'm intrigued 🤔

LauraBrook I saw something about this last year on Expdition Unknown, and they'd just started really digging in to the investigation on the island when the show was there. Will have to check this out and see what's what! 7y
