When she was nine-years-old, Katie knew she wanted Chris to give her her first kiss. It wasn't because she was in love with him (no way, he was her best friend! My daughter made me read it 😁 I think she thinks I need some rom-com in my life. If that‘s your thing then you will love this. It was just a bit too sugary for me.

Got this at MIBF September last year but only got to read it tonight. 🤗 I'm actually reading Plain Vanilla, also by Ines, to prepare for #romanceclassYA🍭 but my phone was charging so I took this from the shelves. Haha. And I didn't think I'd enjoy YA romance again! I unintentionally breezed through 80+ pages in two hours. Im stopping now bec I'm hungry (haha) but if you find this, get it! It's super lovely!
