The End of Alzheimer's
The End of Alzheimer's: The First Program to Prevent and Reverse Cognitive Decline | Dale Bredesen
5 posts | 5 read | 6 to read
A groundbreaking plan to prevent and reverse Alzheimer's Disease that fundamentally changes how we understand cognitive decline. Everyone knows someone who has survived cancer, but until now no one knows anyone who has survived Alzheimer's Disease. In this paradigm shifting book, Dale Bredesen, MD, offers real hope to anyone looking to prevent and even reverse Alzheimer's Disease and cognitive decline. Revealing that AD is not one condition, as it is currently treated, but three, The End of Alzheimer's outlines 36 metabolic factors (micronutrients, hormone levels, sleep) that can trigger "downsizing" in the brain. The protocol shows us how to rebalance these factors using lifestyle modifications like taking B12, eliminating gluten, or improving oral hygiene. The results are impressive. Of the first ten patients on the protocol, nine displayed significant improvement with 3-6 months; since then the protocol has yielded similar results with hundreds more. Now, The End of Alzheimer's brings new hope to a broad audience of patients, caregivers, physicians, and treatment centers with a fascinating look inside the science and a complete step-by-step plan that fundamentally changes how we treat and even think about AD.

Faces of Alzheimer‘s and those that love them.

Sometimes you laugh with them, sometimes you cry for them. Most of all and most importantly, you love them through it.

This book gave me hope; I saw it on the library shelf and knew it was different from everything else I‘ve read about the disease. I felt it so important, I got my own copy and have saved the ReCODE website; I have shared the information with others. We know there are many contributing factors to Alzheimer‘s—but what if there was a way to hit back against every one of them? Amyloid forms in the brain but the brain isn‘t trying to attack⬇️

JenniferEgnor itself; it‘s trying to defend itself. There are 3 major key elements into promoting the healthiest body and brain. 1. Prevent and reduce inflammation. 2. Optimize hormones, tropic factors, and nutrients. 3. Eliminate toxins. Like anything else, these things demand commitment and permanence. It requires a change of lifestyle but it can be done. The three keys are good bodily advice in general, which all of us can benefit from. Why⬇️ (edited) 4mo
JenniferEgnor not give it a go? My father and step mother both have Alzheimer‘s; I have seen its brutality in my hospice patients as well. This is an empowering book and everyone should read it. We cannot expect the program to work for those in severe, advanced stages; but we can start hitting targets before it begins and even after. Time is of the essence. I learned a lot from this book and will be using Bredesen‘s recommendations. It‘s worth a shot. 🧠🌻 4mo

I read this slowly over several months so I could attempt to assimilate the massive amount of information and science Bredesen presents. Sadly there is no cure for Alzheimer‘s. While the drug companies etc try to find a magic pill, Bredesen has scientific data backing up a multi step program called RECODE with positive clinical results. It‘s not simple. It‘s not easy. It‘s not popping a pill. (Which is why it won‘t sell). Contd in comments.

KimM However, if you are serious about becoming proactive about potential or early stage disease or helping a loved one, this book is here for you. Pictured with a copy of some of the trial data. 6y

Color Street just released Alzheimer's Awareness strips and $2.00 from every strip will go towards the Fisher Center for Research. I'm also donating 1/2 my commission for every strip to the foundation. Even if you might not wear them, I'm sure you know a patient, nurse, or caregiver they would make smile. https://colorstreet.com/NAILSWITHMEGAN/party/421273
