This was rec‘d to me by a friend who knows my backstory. 1 in 4 women have been in an abusive relationship & this book explains the difference between psychopaths & other disorders that can show up in an abusive relationship. One term mentioned is “interpersonal terrorism” because that phrase is the perfect description of what I went through. It also talks about the psychological warfare & sexual abuse that happens when you live with an abuser.
