I‘m posting one book per day from my ever-increasing TBR. No description. No explanation. Just books to read. Join the fun if you want.
Day 57.

A must read for anyone struggling with mental health or addiction, or comes from a family that does. Besides being a biography, this is an inside look at the fight for mental health parity, the changes in treatment and acceptance, and the very real genetic component to mental illness and addiction. When Kennedy was my Congressman I wasn't a fan, but I'm so happy that he's found peace and happiness.
Setting aside Mad City in favor of some nonfiction that's been on my tbr forever. And also to clear the decks for another Bobby Kennedy bio and Lawrence O'Donnell's book on the 1968 election, both coming later this fall. My #LitsyPartyofOne is a little heavy on the nonfiction, apparently.
