I‘ve enjoyed this series in the past. Although formulaic I like the story line. I don‘t remember the previous books having so much sex in them. They have so many sexual marathons that I don‘t know how they get anything else done. I love the setting in the swamp. That way of life fascinates me.

I just found out about CloudLibrary. They seem to have a better selection than Overdrive. I decided to try them so I checked out this book so far it‘s great. 😄

The insta-sexin‘ in this book threw me off, but I ended up loving it. I get why it happened, but then I liked the slower way the MCs got to know each other. As usual a Christine Feehan book just makes me happy (after I go through multiple other more angsty emotions.)

Finally getting around to reading Joshua‘s book. It‘s been sitting here, staring me in the face, since its release day!

I was on a Christine Feehan kick. Shape shifters. Swamps. Alpha males and feisty women who have a lot of baggage to overcome. Feehan stuffs a lot of action into the series, and tying shape shifting into a mafia storyline to is interesting.
