1) No one knows that our main protagonist is locked in her coma and can hear everything.
2) No one knows what happened to her when she was "mugged"
3) No one knows if she will ever wake up.
It such an intense and addictive read. I am very intrigued to know how it ends! @Cinfhen @BarbaraBB
