This book was pretty informative. I don't know if I am going to be thrilled with the diet, I love carbs. Got the book free on kindle and it comes with a lot of recipes.

No milk, pasta, chicken wings, beer, bread... I am not going to like this. This is the diet my husband wants us to go on. So I did the first logical thing I could think of, download a few books about it. I'm kind of dreading it. I'm hungry already just reading this.
