pickI wish I'd read this book years ago, but I'll read it again and again going forward. Super helpful as one of my kitties was sick and then passed away. The book distinguishes that in-between space of nothingness where you're not the d identity and you're not the new identity yet.
pickI chose this as my first audio book in years. I found it to be both entertaining and educational. Rachel does a fantastic job of firing you up and making you believe your life can be better. I will definitely be picking up her next book. #lifechanges #goalplanning #lovedit
