The only thing I love more than a good spy novel is a good nonfiction account. The main focus here is Gary Powers and his U-2, but expands to include the backstories of the other men exchanged between the USSR and the US in a prisoner swap that included Powers. Detailed and riveting, the audiobook is narrated superbly by Jonathan Keeble, who is one of my favorites. There‘s even a David Cornwell cameo. 😎
