3.5⭐ An alternate history where Britain lost the Napoleonic War & fell under French rule. Now free, the French influence is still all around. A hint of steampunk in the scenery. These are anthropomorphic characters, lead by Scotland Yard DI Archibald Leblanc, a badger who is "built like a brick shithouse". We follow Archie & his pal Roderick Ratzi as they track down "Mad Dog", a killer. Fun, violent, & fast paced. @TheAromaofBooks #bookspin

I enjoyed this graphic - number 2 I think in the Inspector LeBrock of Scotland Yard Series. I have been getting these on Hoopla and loving the illustrations! Written and illustrated by the same person so fulfills that box in the 2018 Read Harder Challenge.👍

I didn't realize it, but I'm reading these out of order. Ah well, I'm still loving them. This one probably wasn't as strong as the first and Bete Noir, but still an enjoyable read.
