Observations from Hospital Waiting Rooms and Other Life Thoughts | 
In the waiting room at the dentist both kids and I got out a book each. A waiting father turns to his teenage daughter and asks, "Have you read anything today? How much telly have you watched?" Then he whips out some printouts, "You can read this after me. It's from the blog of a woman who's been travelling across Canada. It's really interesting." The poor girl just sank deeper and deeper into her seat and mumbled, "I'm ok, thanks." ?
Leniverse @batsy You really started something with that Atticus Claw book. 😘 This is the fourth in the series, and he objected to having to put it down for a moment so the dentist could look at his teeth. 😂 6y

Leniverse @twohectobooks Yes, like 4-5 A4 pages of text with the odd picture. Nicely stapled in one corner. 😂 I guess he hates reading on his phone, and really wanted to catch up on this woman's Canadian adventure? 🤷😂 6y
