This is a super cute book. Brynn writes an email to Rachel Maddow for a school project and then continues to write to Rachel without actually sending the emails off. Her emails are like journal entries which take you through the ups and downs of her teenage life. 😍

Up next is this chunkster. I‘m a little nervous because it‘s been a while since I‘ve read a bigger book. It‘s been in my head that I need to read as many books as possible so I‘ve been sticking to smaller ones.

Sorry - not book related but I‘ve gotten no reading done today ☹️ But we‘ve been working with my husband‘s family to take off wood paneling and insulating our walls. Sadly it didn‘t go as planned and it‘s taking a lot longer than expected.

Hope everyone is getting some reading done this weekend!

ravenlee That happened to me when my husband decided he could rip off the peeling wallpaper in our first house‘s front hallway. Several weeks later we hired a professional and our life was much happier. 😂 Hope your project goes better! 2w

TheLibrarian @Hoopiefoot For some reason the paneling didn‘t want to come off. We didn‘t expect there not to be space between the wood paneling and the wall so we lost some space by adding to the wall. And it was honestly a good thing to do because we found that water was coming in from a bad downspout. 2w

Daniel seems to have a perfect life: recently married to a gorgeous woman, a beachfront home, & a great job as a pediatrician. Then his wife starts acting strange & his work is giving out a new vaccine which could be dangerous but he‘s been asked to keep quiet about it.

Malice was quite the entertaining read. It focused a little more on Daniel‘s work than I expected but that might be a good thing with all the spouse mysteries out there.
