so-soI stumbled across this travel memoir graphic novel about the author's project to find out more about her genealogy. She wants something to help get her mind off the break up. So that concept sounded interesting. However I'd say the story spends most of the time on "will they or won't they" with her friend she traveled with. The art is pretty though
pickMy second book finished during October - although not a book that fits within the #TeamSlaughter theme. I had planned to read this graphic novel before the start of the month, but ended up being way too busy last weekend. It‘s was still a great book, and counts for 1 point for #scarathlon
1. I‘m not but in three book clubs IRL. 2. I probably wouldn‘t change it now. When I was a kid I wanted to change it to anything. 3. No Roots by Alice Merton.
Cute, made me miss you year of living in Dublin, and is doing the opposite of taming my wander lust.
