Protest Postcards: Write, Stamp, Send, and Be Heard | Alison Johnson
3 posts | 2 read | 1 to read
The pen is mightier than the sword, and Protest Postcards are the arsenal of the people. With 20 unique cards to make a statement on the myriad political issues currently under threatfrom womens rights and immigration, to education and scienceeveryday citizens can speak out and flood the mailboxes of their local officials, state representatives, and even the White House. Sales of sign-making materials like poster board and markers have skyrocketed as a result of demonstrations, but those clever one-liners and powerful declarations aren't just for public protests. Postcards are portable political signs that can send powerful statements en masse in support of issues in desperate need of public defense. This package is all you need to speak up and make sure your voice is heard by your local representatives, state senators, members of congress, and the Trump Administration. It's quick, easy, and absolutely fundamental.

Cinfhen What?!? You‘re moving??? How did I miss all this???? What about your happy place bookstore??? 7y
WanderingBookaneer @Cinfhen : @TheBookmarkPR will always be our happy place. We are moving to Florida this summer and have found two independent bookstores in Sarasota that we love. The Reserve is made up of 2 buildings: one houses a cafe and the other a bar. Bookstore1Sarasota has a wide variety of books that seem to cater to @BookishMarginalia and my eclectic tastes. As if that wasn‘t enough, there is a Books a Million close to our new—purchased today—home. 7y
Cinfhen Congrats 🎊🏠🎉🍾 wishing you and @BookishMarginalia much happiness in your new home💕 I‘m sorry and sad for all your friends & students in PR 😢😢 7y
