I'd look at the poem a whole different way if the poet's last name was WASH. 🤣

These poems hold a fair amount of farm nostalgia, but the threads with people reveal deeper stories. He is friends with my colleague and I met him during AWP, so of course I had to include his poems in #nationalpoetrymonth
