My tentative #roll100 list, made after I was tagged in the challenge and the numbers were already rolled! OOPS

24. Mistaken Identity (a Verso Books London radical philosophy pick; I need to start getting through my Verso orders off philosophy, feminist theory, and psychoanalysis from 2020)

49. The Lillies of the Field (adapted into a wonderful Sidney Poitier film!)---I need to read more adaptation inspirations!

Pickpick

This is a very simple story. There are no complex sentences, no “innovative” structure devices. It is a simple story of a traveler who finds himself helping a group of German nuns build a chapel in the American Southwest. It is a story of faith.
